CHANGES ORDERED
1. Replace covers on T condulet'and motor J box at chip car loader, (to south)
2. Replace broken 3/4 inch conduit on ground to chipper shaker conveyor.
3. Replace cover on chipper motor.
4. Chipper motor flex does not have a ground bond wire. (must have)
5. Hammer mill motor must have J box cover.
6. Blower motor to shaker has to have box repair and cover closed.
7. Router head motor on barker must have J box cover.
8. Repair light fixture in barker operator shack.
9. J box to barker arm must be closed.
12. Replace T condo cover over:~qrset.
13. Grinding room has T condulet cover missing - replace.
14. Replace J box on cross conveyor back of edger.
15. Line to gas pumF has no seal offs. It must have one at' each end.
