and be strapped.

7. Oper KO in outlet box of bathroom of shop.
8. Stairway down from shop must have light over head. Should have swit~hes top& bottom_
9. Rubber' cord to solenoid under head rig needs connection & cover on box.
10. Hydrolic pump unit for small log turner has open 4-S box and wire splices.
11. Repair broken ~, flex to bark convevor motor.
12. Ground and bond single phase panel and lighting t~ansformer. (reDeat)
13. Identify main disc for lighting transformer.
14. Replace temp cord to scissor lift.
15. Resaw trash conveyor motor needs cover.
16. 4-S box above resaw switch gear needs KO seal.
17. Area under filing room must have rubber cord replaced bv metal racewav. Close open
iunction boxes. (repeat)
18. Chipper house has covers off two boxes to lights over doors.

22. Replace roof (near chipper) over switch gear.
23. Picket plant also has fixtures that must be plugged into grounding type receptical.
