CHANGES ORDERED
Barker and cut off saws and planner 1/2" conduit between barker and cut off
saw not strapped.
3/4" LB cover 'off under trim saws -wires in open.
Conduit on incline to saw dust bin not strapped.
Conduit on log haul conveyor not strapped.
Wiring on back of carriage at head rig needs 'to be repaired. Box
covers off and conduit not secured. Concentric K.O. 's broke out.
Light and conduit in filing room (ceiling) not secured.
Outlets in filing room have reversed polarity.
Covers off magnetics on planner sub center.
Light above planner feed table has a W.P. socket through anon-bushed
hole in 4-0 plate.
Edger bottom arbor saw hand compo blocked on with a stick.
Drum control sw. over feed table for edger has no cover, wires hanging out.
4-0 box for lights over edger feed table has no cover.
Cover loose on motor for small compressor,in oil room.
Conduit hanging lqose on side'of chip bin.
