Our findings are as follows. 1) Threaded rod hold-down anchors have been embedded as required at location "A~'The builder's manner of installation is inconsistent with our original report; however, his installation will provide more than the nescessary uplift restraint required. Hold-down anchors have been embedded as required at location "C". Hold-down anchors have been embedded as required at the amended location "0", as indicated on the amendment to our report, dated 11-7-96. 2) Hold-downs have been inspected at all locations and meet all requirements. 3) Shears walls have been inspected at locations "C" and "0" and meet all requirements. 4) The shear wall at Location "A" require 5/8" gypsum wallboard sheathing on both sides(6d cooler nails 4" o.c. all edges, 8"0.c. field); this work has not been done to date. 5) An underfloor structural inspection was performed.
