Subject property belongs to Larson Wright 660 Level Lane There is a sanitary sewer in both Crest Lane and Level Lane but due to the terrain the Crest Lane sewer CDnnot be reached and therefore it is necessar.y to ~erve said Tax Lot 7300 from the Level Lane sewer. , Mr. Wtight has provided the city with an easement across his Tax lot 6600 (lot 15) and 'the Engineering Division will stake same on the ground. Mr. t,..Tright has been advised that he may now ohtain a hookup permit and install a 6 inch 10 line (within the easement) with a 'y' and 1/8 bend connection to the existing sewer and a cleanout at the end of the 6 inch line located approximately 15 feet within Tax lot 7300. This to be done by his contractor at Mr. 4righl's expense and inspected by the Building Division. This line will then be turned over to the City for maintenance. We have not been able to ascertQin definite a~sessments to the properties in this area. However, it if, believed that these sewers were constructed by the subdivider to serve these par- ticular properties and therefore no additional assessment to this Tax lot 7300 is required.
