'.The letter sent to you in 1970 by the City Engineer at that time, Mr. L. T. Eison,
has been revi ewed by both the Pub li c Works Depa rtment sta ff and the City Attorney I s
'Office and we have agreed the City made a commitment at that time to allow you to
connect to the sewer for the connection charge in effect then.
,Even though the City Code has been revised and the connection charge is now much
higher, you will be allowed to connect to the sewer at the old rate of $3.40 per
front foot of your property.

It will be neccessary for you or your contractor to pay the connection charge and
obtain permits prior to making the connection.
Our records indicate the frontage of the lot to be connected is 75 feet. If this
is correct, your City costs are estimated below.
