To be honest for this incident, David Delong bought a house with my help to approve his loan at 144 W. Centennial Blvd, Springfield, OR. He used tools from the motel property to dig trenches along side the back of his backyard to install a new sewer drain pipe and water plumbing's, He Subdivided his house into a tour or five plex apartment each with individual doors. bathrooms. showers, hot water tanks, and kitchen facilities, Drew electricity from the electric post to enlarge his electricity capacity so that each apartment would have enough power to supply heaters and ovens, In order to convert a residential house to a commercial 4 plex or 5 plex apartment he also had people rewired and re-plumbed his whole house. I believe that these building changes did not comply with any city or county satety codes. In addition, he has violated the city zoning for that property which should be zoned for residential and not used for a commercial apartment.
