A few days before, I received a blue receipt and a copy of a letter Il'om the City of

From then I remembered, that recently I was approached by David Del.ong ill m\'

what he meant exactly, but he told me that it was not very important, ilnd to jusl sign it.
Since it was not important and only for personal used. and with his guarantee that it would
not hurt n)e or anyone, I signed the document, but only after he repeatedly insisted on
doing so; I did not read it. nor did he give me a copy of it. and I do not know what il said,
I do not know' what his purpose ':,as and who il would be sem 10, '\I\ellhe fact, I lealised
