made against Mr. Yu by David Delong and should investigate.

Contacted Edward Yu about BWOP at Sutton Mitchell Motels.
Visited Sutton/Mitchell Motels for Inspection.
Mr. Yu submits written complaint against David Delong and work
that was done with out permits at 144 W. Centennial.
Stopped at 144 W. Centennial and talked with tenant occupying
main house. She informed me that Mr. Delong lived in the rear
unit. The units were lettered A-D at this time.
Dave Gadomski, Bob Barnhart, Ralph Shaw and Tom Marx met at
144 W. Centennial to inspect home. Letters on unit:? had been
removed.
David Delong obtains Housing Inspection permit upon my request.
(Electrical permit purchased 1-26-96)
Received complaint letters from Mr. Delong dated 5-29 addressed
to Don Bishoff, Polly Nelson (ACLU) and Mr. Puent.
Issued letter to Mr. Delong on corrections to be made to 144 W.
Centennial.
Warning citation issued.
Received letter to Defazio from Delong.
Citation filed,
Received letter from Michael Martin complaining about 1152 Main.
