Re: Unit #7 Complaint
Dear Mr. Yu:
I'm writing to recap our conversation on September 25th regarding unit number seven and the existing
occupant load. OUf visit to unit seven revealed an occupant load of six people. Having six occupants in
one unit certainly appears in many aspects to present a sever overcrowding of a residential unit. The
current standard in the Oregon Sate Specialty Code for determining the occupant load of a hotel room
would be two occupants per bedroom. A one bedroom hotel room should have no more than two
occupants. The overcrowding of unit seven has a sufficient potential for creating possible safety/sanitation
issues.
Your cooperation in reducing the occupant load of unit number seven into compliance is greatly
appreciated,
(V,~
