If I remember c~rrectly Mr. Barnhart I had followed the
Judges ruling in that I agreed to have the city inspect the area
of my house in question in regards to smoke detectors, and an
egr~ss window in one of the areas. I was willing to comply with
the Honorable Judges request, but no one from the city called me

and made an appointment in accordance with the Judges request.
