RE: Inspections performed at the Sutton and Mitchell Motel.

Inspections P",;vuued on May 22, 1996, by Tom Marx and Dave Gadomski revealed two
units that have been converted to habitable space without required permits and the
necessary inspection approvals. In addition, we noted several areas throughout the
buildings that contained potentially hazardous electrical wiring. Due to the potentially
unsafe conditions that exist for the building occupants and property at both motels, it is
necessary for us to require the correction ofthese conditions in an immediate manner or
to have the serving electrical utilities disconnected and the buildings vacated. A complete
electrical evaluation shall be performed by a licensed electrical contractor and all
deficiencies corrected. The contractor you select to d() th~s ",ork shall contact Dave
Gadomski no later than 2:00 p.m, on May 28,.1996, to review tlieproposed'Work and
