Spoke wi Shawn Loehr today at 11 :30 over the phone, He is preparing a counter calm
against the Delongs for their legal action, He said there are four separate living units on
the property, He said he lived there for four months and was concerned for his safety,
He said his unit did not have a smoke detector and there was raw sewage leaking form a
pipe next to his unit. He said the pipe was only a few inches underground, 1 said that we
were in litigation wi the Delongs and that any information about the building should be
obtained through our attorney. I gave him Robert Franz's name,
