Polly Ne<lson,
Enclosed you will find a letter that I am sending to the
Register Guard, specifically Mr. Bishof. The letter explains in
detail the reason for this letter. I have, been informed by the
City of Springfield that the only people that I can have stay in
my home are blood relatives. Specifically, I was told by the city
inspector, that the only people that could live in my home were
my wife and I. The inspector was belligerent, rude, and told me
that I could not stay in a converted garage in my home, that was
designated as such in the disclosure papers when I bought the
home,
Am I a citizen

I I acted in good faith, I called the city and asked for the
rules, I obtained the required electrical permit. Now due to a
letter written by an ex employer the city is trying to violate my
civil liberties. I need help, is there anything that you can do?
Is there anything that I can do?
