I am a licensed contractor'.....:l.n Lane County. Due to the nature
of my business I have had occasion to visit the Sutton Motel, at
1152 Main Street in Springf ie ~a,j OR, Isn't it against the cod e to
do work that reguires a contracit~r? It seems that whoever owns
the place now has one of his renters doing all kinds of illegal ~
work on the propert~. .Building stairs, doing roofs, elect~tcal.
and plumbing work, etc,
I thought that there was a code that regulated the amount of
people that could live in one space? There are (9) people living
in unit #7, it only has 2 rooms. From,what I understand they have
been there for almost 2 years.
I will not go to that Motel for work, or anything else any
more. I don't like being braced by hookers, and drug dealers,
Can't anything be done about this kind of thing?
