All sales must occur entlrely on prlvate property, l.e., the sales/
dlsplay areas may not encroach on publlc rlght-of-way (sldewalks,
streets, alleys).
On corner lots, nothlng may be placed wlthln the 25 foot VlSlon
clearance trlangle The "legs" of the trlangle are 25 feet long
measured from the lntersectlng property llnes.
If an R.V. lS used at the sales lot It must also be located out of
the VlSlon clearance trlangle and away from drlveways to avold
vehlcular confllcts.
SIGNS
Slgns are llmlted to 8 feet In hClght and 32 square feet for the
slgn surface. Slgns may not be placed In the VlSlon clearance
trlangce One temporary slgn lS allowed per street frontage (l.e.,
If the property lS a corner lot, two slgns ~ay be used). Slgns also
need to be placed away from drlveways to avold vehlcular confllcts.
EL~CTRICAL PERMITS
In some cases, temporary electrlcal perrnlts are requlred ~or llghtlng,
etc. Please check wlth the Sprlngfleld BUlldlng Safety Dlvlslon to
