WITNESSETH In consideration of the acceptance by Grantee and the use or holding of Said easement for
present or future public use by Grantee, Grantors hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the Grantee, a
perpetual easement 7 feet In Width, together with the nght to go upon said easement area hereinafter
descnbed for the purpose of constructing, reconstructing, maintaining and uSing storm drain faCilities which may
hereafter be Installed on the follOWing descnbed property, to-Wit
The Northerly seven feet of the follOWing descnbed property
Beginning at a concrete post marking the Southeast corner of the H Johnson Donation land Claim No 62, In
Township 17 South, Range 2 West, of the Wlllamette Mendlan, In Lane County, Oregon, thence run along the
North line of the Patnck Gordon Donation Land Claim No 46 South 890 54' West 49981 feet to the True POint
of Beginning, thence continue along said North line South 890 54' West 85 00 feet, thence leaVing said North line
and run South 000 21' 27" West 70 00 feet, thence North 890 54' East 90 00 feet, thence North 30 43' 54" West
7014 feet to the True POint of Beginning, In Lane County, Oregon
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above easement to the said Grantee, ItS heirs and assigns forever
