Remove non-metallic cable and replace the circuit with a condUIt wiring method, as explained in our previous conversation. 6. Strap exposed conduit within three feet of each box or coupling and at least each ten foot thereafter, as explained m our previous conversation. PLUMBING 7. All unused plumbing connections shall be properly plugged or capped. A licensed electrical contractor is required for all new work and alterations to existing electrical systems in structures which are for sale, lease or rent. However, the replacement of parts for electrical devices which is necessary for maintenance of approved existing electrical installations may be done by the owner of the property.
