Thank you for your letter dated February 3,2003 concerning rehabilitation of the
structure located at the above referenced address. I appreciate your willingness and
cooperation in repairing this substandard structure; and your agreement to submit plans to
this office no later than February 28,2003. I look forward to working with you during
the.completion of this project.
However,' please be aware that ifplans are noqubmittedto this office for the repair of the
structure by the agreed upon date, the City will 'proceed with the removal of this
substandard building or seek other legal recourse.
