RE: Access Requirements for 1290 West Centennial Blvd., Springfield, Oregon
Dear Hr. and Mrs. Hiller:
I am writing to clarify the City of Springfield's requirementsr~lative to access
for your office property at 1290 West Centennial Blvd., Springfield, Oregon.

January 19, 1981 the Common Council of the City of Sp-ringifeld adopted the Resolu-
tion of Intent of rezone this parcel from R-A to R-'P, the Residential Professional
District classification. Condition' a' of this R.O. 1. Number 81-09 requires access
to the property be via Aspen Street only (see attachment).
The' site plan which was preapred by your architect, William Seider, and was approved
by the Site Plan Review Board showed the existing drive to be abandoned, and the as-
phalt removed. . The plan also indicated that the existing 4' 0" high split-rail fence
was to be extended across the old drive. This plan was approved by the Board at
their meeting of Hay 29, 1981.
Until this requirement is satisfied, a Certificate of Occupancy.will not be issued
fo~ the office building.
