At your request, the Building 'Division of; the City of Springfield made a
housing inspectiori on May 6, 1978, at 1347 Centennial Boulevard, Sp~i9gfield,
Oregon. '
The following items must' be repaired or replaced to conform with' the Uniform
Housing Code ~s adopted by the City of Springfield:
1. Remove extension ~ords in utility room.
2. Install junctiori boxes and secure electrical wiring to'outside
light fixtures.
3. Seal all holes in electrical junction box,es.
4.' Reroute the electri~al wiring to the freezer. '
All necessary permits shall be obtained before work starts and all work shall
be accompl i shed acc9rdi ng to app 1 i cab 1 e codes and i tlspe'cted befor~<a Certi fi cate
of Campl ;'ance wi 11 be issued. .~ ~..
