While calculating the fees for that permit, the plan reviewer neglected to include the administrative fee for those permits, leaving a balance due of$23.15 for this project. I am enclosing a copy ofthe renewed permit that was issued and a copy of the original receipt for your reference. Please pay the amount due prior to requesting your final inspections for this project. I have enclosed a prestampedenvelope for your convenience if you wish to make payment by mail, or you are welcome to make payment in person at our office.
