Dear Mr. Byford:
On November 29,2005, our office renewed building, plumbing, and mechanical permits
to you for the repair of fire damage to the single family residence located at 944
Centennial Blvd, Springfield, Oregon. While calculating the fees for that permit, the plan
reviewer neglected to include the administrative fee for those permits, leaving a balance
due of$23.15 for this project. I am enclosing a copy ofthe renewed permit that was
issued and a copy of the original receipt for your reference.
Please pay the amount due prior to requesting your final inspections for this project. I
have enclosed a prestampedenvelope for your convenience if you wish to make payment
by mail, or you are welcome to make payment in person at our office. Our office hours
are 8:00 a.m. - noon and from 1 :00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. .
