2. The system is a wet sprinkler
system hydraulically calculated as a
Light Hazard occupancy at .10
gpm/sq. ft. at 1500 sq. ft. It is a
gridded system.
3. The exterior water flow alarm wa!
not shown (NFP A 13, 2007 edition,
Section 8.17.1.1). Will field verify on
inspection.
4. Provide a sidewall sprinkler
within 2 feet of the hottom of the
elevator shaft due to hydraulic Iluid
use (NFP A 13, 2007 edition, Section
8.15.5).
5. Verify lateral hracing on second
floor 3 inch main does not exceed 40
feet (NFP A 13,2007, Section
9.3.5.3.2).
6. Provide 4-way seismic brace at
the top of the riser (NFPA 13,2007
edition, Section 9.3.5.5).
To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769. All inspections requested before 7:00
a.m. will be made the same working day, inspections requested after 7:00 a.m. will be made the following
work day.

Certified Special ]nspector with approval from the City of Springfield. Copies of inspection results shall be
provided to the City of Springfield.

Slab: To be made after all inslab building service equipment, conduit piping and other equipment items are in

Framing Inspection: Prior to cover and after all rough in inspections have been approved.
Roofing: Prior to installing any roof covering.

Lath/Plaster: To be made after all lathing and gypsnm board, interior and exterior are in place, but prior to
plastering.
Structural Concrete: In excess of 2500 psi. To he done during constructiou by a State Certified Inspector.

required prior to any combustible construction.
