Siding is 8.25" Hardi Cemplank. Outside corners are cedar cottage style. Inside comers
cedar 2x2.
Front porch colurnns have synthetic one facing, 24 nominal square, over treated wood
framed and sheathed boxes.
Rear patio columns are 6x6 PT DF non -incised, painted; no wrap. Use Simpson BC60 post
base, 1l2. x 7"anchor bolt, set directly on footing. Pair Simpson LCE4 to beams; miter beams at
corners.
Windows have 5/44 Harditrim, head and sides, with 5146 base trim, and faux sloped sills
ripped from 2x6 cedar. Person doors and overhead doors have 5144 Harditrim head and
sides. Flash over head trims.
Front porch box beam is framed 24" wide, 7.25" deep, finish with Hardipanel. Rear patio
beams are 5.5x12" glulams. Front porch and rear patio roof soffits are LP Innerseal siding
panels, square edge, 1x2 trim around perimeter.
