Career Highlights
She can handle the toughest of citizen calls with grace and professionalism.
She regularly responds to public records requests and provides regular information to our local
reporters in a fair and consistent manner.
Amy coordinates the council agenda, corralling multiple items from a number of staff members
each week; she is a constant at council meetings. Recording the meeting and answering
questions for citizens, often at the same time.
She keeps the records of the City Manager’s Office accessible and in order. She is the lead in the
office for the citywide Laserfische project that digitized thousands of documents.
Converted the paper agenda packets to electronic packets saving the City more than $10,000
per year and saving countless hours of staff time.
Amy coordinated the City’s blood drive collecting over 100 pints a year saving hundreds of lives.
Completed the Online Voter’s Pamphlet process that started in November, 2014.
Is a Certified Municipal Clerk
Has served as the President of the Oregon Association of Municipal Recorders
Amy is vigilant in keeping employees and elected officials apprised of record retention laws.
