TEMPORARY CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY
CITY OF SPRINGFIELD
BUILDING SAFETY DIVISION
This Certificate is issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 307 (d) of the
Springfield Building Safety Codes certifying that the building may be used prior
to completion of the intended work subject to the following limitations.
CONDITIONS OF OCCUPANCY FOR 1650 CENTENNIAL BLVD., JOB #832266
1. For temporary occupancy for 30 days from January 17, 1984, the electrical
contractor will have all service panel covers installed and open or temporary
wiring covered or barricaded from possible contact by personnel in the non-
public areas (back rooms).
2. All wiring and electrical equipment in public areas shall be completed for
temporary occupancy.
3. All plumbing work under this permit shall be completed within 30 days from
January 17, 1984.
4. All mechanical work under this permit shall be completed within 30 days from
January 17, 1984.
5. Final inspections and approvals shall be requested and approved prior to is-
suance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
