RE: Waremart Loading Dock

Dear Dick,
In discussion with your foreman, we would allow the pilasters along the
parameter walls of the dock to be deleted and the wall increased from 8"
to 10".
The design intent of the pilasters was to encase the 4" diameter
handrail supports and not as a structural element of the wall.
Therefore, this change should not alter the structural integrity of the
concrete wall.
