EXISTING CONDITIONS
THE EXISTING SITE IS CURRENTLY UNIMPROVED AND
CONSISTS OF 2 LARGE TREES, A SIDEWALK, AND LAWN.
PROPOSED CONDITIONS
THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT CONSISTS OF ADDING THREE SMALL
PLAYGROUND ELEMENTS: A SLIDE, A SMALL SWING SET, AND A
SPINNER. THE PLAYGROUND AREA WILL BE SURFACED WITH
ENGINEERED WOOD FIBER. THE EXISTING SIDEWALK WILL BE
REPLACED AND NEW WALKWAY WILL BE ADDED THROUGH THE
CENTER OF THE SITE, ALONG WITH A BENCH AND SOME LANDSCAPE
IMPROVEMENTS. THE TWO LARGE SWEETGUM TREES WILL BE
REMOVED AND REPLACED.

ACCORDING TO THE NATURAL RESOURCES CONSERVATION SERVICE
WEBSITE MAPPING SERVICES, THE EXISTING SOIL TYPE IS
AWBRIG-URBAN LAND COMPLEX (NRCS SOIL #6) AND COBURG-URBAN
LAND COMPLEX (NRCS SOIL #32.)
THE ENTIRE SITE IS WITHIN THE 10 YEAR TIME OF TRAVEL ZONE

1. ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN ARE APPROXIMATE. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL EMPLOY A

1. VERIFY EXACT LOCATIONS AND ROUTING OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND UTILITIES PRIOR TO STARTING
