Dear Contractor:
On November 2, 2007, our office issued an electrical permit for you for the wiring of a
single family residence being constructed at 6199 Jade Avenue, Springfield, Oregon.
When the plans examiner calculated your fees, he incorrectly calculated the square
footage for the wiring permit. The square footage of the residence, including the attached
garage is 4,005 square feet. The fee you were charged did not cover the square footage
over 4,000 square footage leaving a balance due of$25.83
Please pay the amount due prior to requesting your final inspections for this project. I
have enclosed a prestamped envelope for your convenience if you wish to make payment
by mail, or you are welcome to make payment in person at our office. Our office hours
are 8:00 a.m. - noon and from 1 :00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. I sincerely
apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
