REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE A NEW ACCESS ROAD, UTILITIES, AND STORM SEWER FACILITIES. THE PROJECT LOCATION WAS ORIGINALLY SET ASIDE FOR A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND. THE PARK IS NOW AN OVER 55 PARK, AND A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT INDICATES THERE IS ADEQUATE AREA IN OTHER LOCATIONS OF THE PARK TO MEET THE CITY'S RECREATIONAL AREA REQUIREMENTS.
