PROJECT DESCRIPTION
THIS PROJECT INVOLVES ADDING FOUR MORE NEW DOUBLE WIDE MANUFACTURED
HOME SPACES TO THE EXISTING PARK. REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS WILL INCLUDE A
NEW ACCESS ROAD, UTILITIES, AND STORM SEWER FACILITIES. THE PROJECT
LOCATION WAS ORIGINALLY SET ASIDE FOR A CHILDREN'S PLAYGROUND. THE PARK
IS NOW AN OVER 55 PARK, AND A PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT INDICATES THERE IS
ADEQUATE AREA IN OTHER LOCATIONS OF THE PARK TO MEET THE CITY'S
RECREATIONAL AREA REQUIREMENTS.
THIS SITE PLAN IS INTENDED FOR USE IN THE DEVELOPMENT ISSUES MEETING WITH
