a. Approve the Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Eugene, Fire & EMS Department for Springfield to
provide FireMed Ambulance Membership Program Administrative Services, with Eugene contributing $185,000
to the FireMed Program this Fiscal Year.
b. Authorize the City Manager to Sign the Contract with Ad Group in the Amount not to Exceed $330,000 for 2008
FireMed Advertising and Marketing Services.
