NARRATIVE:
THE PURPOSE OF THIS SURVEY IS TO ADJUST THE PROPERTY LINE
BETWEEN TAX LOTS 3500 AND 600 OF MAP 17-03-34-11 AS SHOWN
HEREON. THE PROPERTIES ARE ZONED AND PLANNED'LOW DENSITY
RESIDENTIAL' WITH BOTH PROPERTIES CURRENTLY USED FOR
RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES. THE OWNERS OF THE PROPERTIES ARE
REQUESTING THE ADJUSTMENT DUE TO AN EXISTING STRUCTURE ON
THE COMMON BOUNDARY LINE. THE ADJUSTMENT MEETS APPROVAL
CRITERIA IN CITY OF SPRINGFIELD SDC 5.16-125, INCLUDING; THE
ADJUSTMENT CREATES NO ADDITIONAL LOTS,THE ADJUSTMENT
REDUCES THE LEVEL OF NON-COMFORMITY WITH LDR ZONE SETBACKS,
THE ADJUSTMENT MEETS MINIMUM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENT OF 5,000 SQ
FT FOR NORTH -SOUTH STREETS.
