Dear Mr. Copperfield:
In going through our files we came across a building permit for:
A solar greenhouse, Building Job #810087, located at 724 Centennial Blvd.
The permit was issued on
February 17, 1981
The 1979 Oregon State Building Code, Section'303 (~), explains that any building permit
for which work is not started within 180 days of issuance, or if work is suspended for
a period of 180 days, the building permit shall expire by limitation and become null and
votd. If conditions beyond your control have prevented you from proceeding on this pro-
ject, please submit a letter stating the circumstances and if conditions warrant the
Building Official may extend your application for a specified period of time. It this
building permit is allowed to expire, it will be necessary to obtain a new building per-
mit and a permit fee amounting to one-half of the original permit fee for such work will
be due. . ,t ')'"
If we do not hear from you within the next ten days we will assume that you have cancelled
