Lane County Assessment and Taxation records reveal that you are the oWner of this property. Section 358.30A states Electrical Metallic Tubing (EMT) shall be securely fastened in place at least every 10 feet and within three (3) feet of every box and/or termination. Section 358.42 states couplings and connectors used with EMT shall be made up tight.
