At the rcqucst of yom' tenant, Pcter DeMet, the Community Scnices Division/Building
Safety conducted an inspection of the building at the above address. The purpose of the
inspection was to determine the suitability of the building for the proposed use as indicated.
I am pleased to report the Division found no significant conditions which deviate from the
Building Safety Code requirements for the proposed use.
