When you obtained your permit, the plans examiner who issued the permit to you neglected to indicate the expiration date of that permit. Your banner permit will expire 30 days from the date ofissuance which will be December 2, 2007. You will need to request an inspection on or before December 2, 2007 by calling the 24 hour inspection line (726-3769), leaving your city designated job number (Com2007-01637), the location . (321 Main Street), the type of inspection requested (banner removal) and when you would like the inspection. If you request the inspection as required, your $100,00 deposit will be returned to you. If you do not request the inspection, your deposit will be forfeited to the City. lam enclosing a new permit for your records and a new permit for you to sign and return to us along with a pre-:-stamped envelope for your convenience.
