When the plans examiner calculated your fees, he incorrectly charged a fee which included only one mechanical appliance ($20.00). He should have charged you $40.00 which is the correct fee for two or more mechanical appliances, making a balance due of $20.00. lam enclosing a copy of the permit that was issued, a copy of the original receipt, and our fee schedule for your reference. Please pay the amount due ($20.00) prior to requesting your final inspections for this project.
