BUILDING SAFETY SUPERVISOR
I am requesting an extension of my building permit #COM2003-00 196 due to
extenuating circumstances which did not allow me to have the necessary construction completed
in time to meet the current deadline.
As you know, the site was declared unfit by the state after a meth lab was found
on the property and all work has been on hold since. '
The "clean up" process has begun and should be completed within the next few
weeks. At that time, a new contractor will have been hired to finish the foundation.
The project will be completed at the earliest possible moment. At this time, I
have a house sitting vacant inviting more(?) vandalism, possible frozen pipes as the undelfleath is
partially open at this stage, possible fire insurance cancellation, etc.
