RE: Temporary Occupancy
Dear Mr. Lukowski:
On December 27, 1990, a Temporary Occupancy was granted to you to occupy the
single family home at 591 Cascade Drive, Springfield, Oregon. As a condition of
the Temporary Occupancy, you are required to complete the following items no
later than January 26, 1991.
1. The storm drain has broken and needs to be repaired.
2. The backfill must be completed.
3. The front entry steps need to be completed.
An inspection will be conducted on January 28, 1991 to ensure compliance. If
the items are not completed the Temporary Occupancy will expire and legal action
may be taken in order to ensure compliance.
