Dear Mr. Lathrop:
The house plan submitted to be constructed on Lot 26, Block 2, Cascade Heights First Addition, meets the
design review requirements 'outlined in the CC & R's, as specified below:
1. Lap siding for front of dwelling,
2. Minimum 25-year composition roof. Plan specifies use of Arc 80, 30 - year composition.
3. Total living space greater than 1600 sq.ft. Plan submitted includes 1791 sq. ft. living space.
4. Design of house is harmonious with existing houses in the subdivision.
The above criteria are based on the rendition of the submitted plan. Any exterior changes to what was
submitted and approved needs to be brought to my attention. Exterior color was not submitted, but needs
to be in harmony with other houses and may not be loud nor bright. If in doubt, please check with me first.
