OR - Job # 3077-3 As you requested, areview of the lengths of the retaining wall footings shown onthe tendon placement plan dated 4-22-03 has ,been performed. The original construction plans by Pat Greenwell Designer showed a 15'-0" long retaining wall on the left side of the residence and a 11'-0" long retaining wall on the right. side. The actual grade at the sight falls faster than shown on the drawings eliminating the need for these retaining walls to extend down the hill as far as sho\\tTI on the original draVYirigs. A minimum of 6'.0" retUrns on both. sides of the proposed residence are adequate. Thank you for this opportunity to be of service.
