RESOLUTION 99-62
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OFDEPOS-
ITS TO BE MADE IN CONNECTION WITH PUBLIC WORKS
PROJECTS TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE CITY
WHEREAS, on December 6, 1999, the common council of the City of Springfield, by ordinance
duly adopted, amended the Springfield Municipal Code to provide that from time to time the council
shall, by resolution, adopt a schedule of deposits to be required in connection with applications for
plan approval pursuant to Springfield Municipal Code Section 3.014, and with applications for
construction permits pursuant to Springfield Municipal Code Section 3.016; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented to the Council a proposed schedule of deposits,
pursuant to Springfield Municipal Code Section 3.018, a copy of which, marked Exhibit A is
annexed hereto and incorporated by reference herein; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has presented certain other information and material in connection
with such proposed schedule indicating that the criteria set forth in Springfield Municipal Code
Section 3.018 have been considered in the preparation of such schedule and has recommended that
the schedule be adopted; and

WHEREAS, the Council has considered the proposed schedule and other information and material
presented by the City Engineer, and, being fully informed, has and does hereby determine that the
proposed schedule is consistent with the Springfield Municipal Code and that its adoption is in the
best interests of the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the schedule of deposits attached hereto as
Exhibit A is hereby adopted as the schedule of deposits to be applied in connection with requests for
plan approval and permits pursuant to sections 3.014 and 3.016, respectively, effective as of January
6, 2000.
