CITY OF SPRINGFIELD

RESOLUTION NO. 99-61
A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING BEGINNING CASH IN THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER CAPITAL
FUND, AND THE RECOGNIZING AND APPROPRIATING OF REVENUE IN THE BANCROFT
REDEMPTION FUND, THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER FUND, AND THE REGIONAL WASTEWATER
CAPITAL FUND.
WHEREAS, the 1999-00 fiscal year appropriations for the City of Springfield were made by Resolution
No. 99-44 dated June 21, 1999; and
WHEREAS, the estimated expenditures contained in the supplemental budget for fiscal year 1999-00 result
in an amount of estimated total expenditures by.the City for the fiscal year that differs by more than 10 percent of
the Regional Wastewater Capital Fund;
WHEREAS, notice of such meeting including information regarding such revenues and expenditures was
published in a newspaper of general circulation not less than 14 days prior to the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the beginning cash balances in the Regional Wastewater Fund needs to be adjusted; and
WHEREAS, revenues in the Bancroft Redemption Fund, the Regional Wastewater Fund, and the Regional
Wastewater Capital Fund need to be recognized and appropriated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Springfield as follows:
. Section 1. The adjustment of beginning cash in the Regional Wastewater Capital Fund as follows:
