How has the employee grown in their position and their career? What significant projects or events has the employee been involved in?  Provided CPR Instruction during the annual CPR Saturday Events (a free CPR course offered to the public)  Along with other Fire & Life Safety personnel, received a Commendation for Excellent EMS from the Oregon Health Division in 1998 for outstanding delivery of pre-hospital care in unusual or demanding circumstances – during the Thurston High School shooting incident on May 21, 1998  Participated on the Department Apparatus Task Team  Participated as a Peer Fitness Trainer  Provided EMS Training to Fire Company on various topics What positive comments do his/her co-workers have to share about the employee?  Volunteers to assist where needed i.e. promotional tests, department special events, MDA fundraising  Performs with skill and confidence, and maintains his composure and executes assigned tasks well  Relates well with patients and expresses great deal of compassion and caring
