HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 99-12 03/01/1999 . . . .4 RESOLUTION NO: 99-12 A Resolution Accepting Jurisdiction of a portion of Harlow Road In the Vicinity of Beverly Street WHEREAS, subsequent to a public hearing on the matter hereinafter mentioned after proper notice as provided by'law, an offer was made by Lane County to the City of Springfield that _ Lane County relinquish and surrender jurisdiction over the following portion of a County Road located within the corporate limits of the City of Springfield as follows, to-wit: - A portion of Harlow Road as surrendered to the City of Springfield by Lane County Commissioners Order Number 98-11-4-7 and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the center of County mad No. 439 (Harlow Road), said point being on the North line of the John Day Donation Land Claim No. 58 in Township 17 South, Range 3 West of the Willamette Meridian, 1133.88 feet North 88005'32" West from the Northeast corner of said Donation Land Claim No. 58 according to the record thereof and being 403.48 feet South and 374.07 feet West of the Southwest corner of Donation Land Claim No. 46 in said Township and Range; ~nd running thence North 71 010'43" East 68.04 feet; thence South 88005'32" East 197.77 feet; thence North 1 054'28" East 20.0 feet; thence South 88005'32" East 425.86 feet; thence North 1 054'28" East 80.0 feet; thence South 88005'32" East 40.0 feet; thence 1 054'28" West 140.0 feet; thence North 88005'32" West 485.03 feet; thence South 1 054'28" West 20.0 feet; thence North 88005'32" West 241.83 feet; thence North 1 054'28" West 40.0 feet to the place of beginning in Lane County, Oregon.
