Inc (See address file) The following items were noted as requiring resolution prior to the issuance of a building permit. 1. The structural computations indicate a wind speed of 80 mph, but does not indicate 3 second gust or fastest mile. The structural notes on plan sheet Sl and V3 second gust ** 100 mph exposure B. Please clairfy the wind load criteria. Structural Review 09/23/2007 09/27/2007 APP LLH 2. The structural computations indicate a concrete strength of 3,000 psi which would require special inspection. Plan sheet S-l indicates strength of 2,500 psi and no special inspection for concrete placement. Please reconcile the differences betweeen plans, calculations and assumptions. Plans reviewed by Mick Nolte with the Building Department under contract with the City of Springfield. To Request an inspection call the 24 hour recording at 726-3769.
