Structure Move
If you are receiving this via regular mail, attached is an application and proposed route for a structure move.
If you are receiving this by email, I hope I have included all the information you will need, if not, please
, call me and I can fax the application to you.

The contractor for this move is Chris Schoap (344-8833 or 945-8866). He is currently licensed and bonded
with the State of Oregon Construction Contractors Board. The structure is to be moved from I540 Kellogg
to 1652 H Street, Springfield, Oregon. This move will occur on Sunday, October 14th beginning at 7:00
a.m. and is scheduled to be completed byll :00 a.m. on that same date. The route will begin at the current
site and travel east on Kellogg to Aspen, North on Aspen to Centennial, traveling east on Centennial to
Mohawk Blvd., South on Mohawk Blvd to G Street, East on G Street to 18th Street, North on 18th Street to
H Street, turning West on H Street to site. The structure is 45' in moving length, 28' in moving width, and
25' 6" total height on moving dolly. This is a one section move. A foundation permit has been reviewed
and approved and will be issued prior to issuance of this moving permit (C7-1445). All County and State,
when applicable, shall be provided prior to issuanc.e of this permit.
