THE PROPERTIES BEING ADJUSTED WERE ORIGINALLY THREE DIFFERENT PARCELS AS CONVEYED IN REFERENCES 4, 5 AND 6. AT THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY, TWO TAX LOTS WERE CONSOLIDATED To MAKE THE ADJUSTMEW MEET THE CODE CRITERIA BETTER. STREET WERE RECOVERED AND HELD TO ESTABLISH THE MILL STREET RIGHT—OF—WAY. THE 518° RF.BAR FOUND ON THE NORTH 94ROIN OF G STREET AND THE 112, IRON PIPE FOUND ON THE SOUTH MARGIN OF G STREET' WERE HELLS TO ESTABLISH THE RIGHT—OF—WAY OF G STREET AT 60.00 FEET WIDE. 807H PITERENCES 1 AND 2 SHOW THE EAST—WEST PARCEL LINES BEING PARALLEL TO G STREET. I RAN A UNE FROM THE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TAX LOT 5900 PARALLEL TO G STREET TO ESTABLISH THE SOUTH UNE OF THE LANDS SURVEYED. I ALSO HELD THAT BEARING FROM EACH OF THE MONUMENTS ALONG MILL STREET TO ESTABLISH THE PARCELS TO THE Ste, HOLDING THE RECORD DISTANCE OF 195.00 FEET FOR THE MOST SOUTHERLY UNE SHOWN. THIS DISTANCE WAS REFERENCED IN EACH OF THE DEERS AND SURVEYS AND SEEMED 70 BE A CONTROLLING ME4SURSWENT FOR EACH OF THESE PARCEL.. FOR THE EAST LINE OF THE LANDS SURVEYED HEREON, I RAN A UNE FROM THE 112' IRON PIPE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER TO THE END OF THE 195.00 --FOOT UNE PREVIOUSLY DESCRIBED EACH OF THE MONUMENTS FOUND, EXCEPT THE BENT REBAR NOTED, WERE IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. I WAS CONSISTENTLY FINDING DISTANCES 710 MEASURE APPROXIMATELY I --FOOT LONGER THAN LEE PLANTS QED ON HIS SURVEY. SINCE THE MONUMENTS WERE IN GOOD CONDITION AND MATCHED FAIRLY WELL WITH OCCUPATION, I DECIDED TO HOLD THEM AS OPPOSED TO THE RECORD DISTANCES.
