THE MONUMENTS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM SAID COUNTY SURVEY FILE NO. 40780
WERE HELD AS FOUND EXCEPT AT THE SOUTHEAST PROPERTY CORNER WHERE WE FOUND AND HELD 2 REFERENCE
MONUMENTS THAT WERE 5/8" IRON REBARS WITH RED PLASTIC CAPS STAMPED "RM GES PLS 2280". THE INTERIOR
CORNERS WERE ESTABLISHED AT THE DIRECTION OF THE OWNER.
