ORDINANCE NO. 5937
(General)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPRINGFIELD MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION NO.
5.700.
The City of Springfield ordains as follows:
section 5.700(2) of the Springfield Municipal Code is
amended to read as follows:
"5.700 Definitions. For purposes of Sections 5.700 to
5.714, the following mean:
Chronic Disorderlv Property.
***
(2) Property in a residential neighborhood on which or
within 200 feet of which any person associated with the property
has engaged in four or more prohibited activities during any 60
day period"

against.
